Our Ethos

At Independent Living, we firmly believe that providing quality care in just 15 minutes is not possible, which is why we do not offer such brief visits. We prefer all of our visits to last for a minimum of one hour. When our Care Givers come to assist you, they will complete all the necessary care and support tasks first. If there is any time left after that, they will use it to provide companionship and build a deeper relationship with you or your loved ones. During this time, we enjoy getting to know you better, engaging in meaningful conversations, and understanding your needs and preferences more.
